Yoni Steam
DIY Steam Instructions:
In a covered pot pour 6-8 cups of water. Place at least 1/4 cup od fresh herb(s) into the water. Ensure the water and herbs are brought to boil. Turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for a least 5 minutes. Pour half of the water and herbs into a yoni seat usually placed within your toilet. Ensure to keep yourself covered to keep the warm heat in. If you utilize other pots for steaming feel free to contact me for instructions.
*It is very important tocheck the temperature of the water before steaming. If it is too hot wait 10-15 mins and check again. Heat from steam should be a comfortable temperature to ensure sensitive gential tissues are not burned or affected.
*Avoid V-Steams if you are pregnant, after ovulation (if attempts have been made to conceive,) if you are bleeding heavily, during the full flow of period, you have an acute infection, and/or you have vaginal sores or blisters.
